You have the right to cancel your order of physical products within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can send us an email with your order number and your return request.
Conditions for returns:
The product must be undamaged, unused, and complete.
The return must be properly packaged and sent at your own expense.
After receipt and inspection of the product, we will refund the paid amount within 14 days.
For digital products (such as STL files, 3MF files, and Bambu Studio project files), there is no right of withdrawal once you have started the download.
By purchasing and downloading a digital product, you agree that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
This is in accordance with Article 16(d) of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Did you receive a wrong or defective product? Contact us within 7 days.
We will provide a solution, such as replacement or refund.
